Do you want to play a key role in delivering one of Denmark's most ambitious integration programmes? As Transformation Director, you will as the lead of the PMO help ensure the successful integration of Telia Denmark into Norlys by turning strategy into execution. Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you will create transparency, drive execution, and enable critical decisions that keep the programme moving forward. You will become part of the Integration Programme responsible for bringing Telia Denmark and Norlys together. As one of the largest and most complex business integrations in Denmark, the programme spans technology platforms, customer migrations, operations, commercial activities, organisational change, and value creation.
In this role, you will work at the heart of the programme, partnering closely with senior leaders, external partners, and workstream leads across the organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor and execution partner, you will help create alignment, enable informed decision-making, and ensure that strategic priorities are translated into tangible business outcomes.
Drive successful execution across a complex transformation programme
As Transformation Director, your primary focus will be ensuring programme momentum, transparency, and delivery across a broad range of interconnected initiatives. You will help leaders navigate complexity, mitigate risks, and maintain focus on the activities that create the greatest business impact.

Experience from management consulting, transformation offices, programme leadership, PMO functions, integration management, or similar environments will be considered an advantage.
