Job summary

Siemens Gamesa in Denmark is seeking a Training and Certificate Coordinator to join our international Global Training Coordination Team. You will coordinate safety and technical training for technicians across our offshore locations, support qualification management, and handle global certificate processes.

You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders, maintain training profiles and documentation, and travel domestically and internationally as needed while upholding confidentiality and

• Experience in training coordination is required or preferrable.
• Experience in qualification management or related admin functions is preferred.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and independent work style.
• Strong English communication and cross-cultural collaboration.

Snapshot of Your Day

As a Training and Certificate Coordinator, you will be part of an international team responsible for coordinating safety and technical training for technicians across Siemens Gamesa’s global offshore locations. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will support qualification management and training coordination activities, and global certificate handling. Your role will combine operational coordination, compliance support, and stakeholder communication, while offering the opportunity to build a strong international network and gain deep insight into the training and wind industry.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Coordinate offshore training activities with operations managers in US to ensure technicians meet current qualification requirements.
• Manage and maintain global qualification records within internal systems.
• Develop and apply expert knowledge of certificates to support compliance and provide guidance to managers.
• Monitor information flows and maintain accurate paper and electronic documentation.
• Maintain technician training profiles and support shared inbox management.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Global Training Coordination Team while handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

What You Bring

• You are passionate about renewable energy and motivated by contributing to the global energy transition.
• You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner, take ownership of your tasks, and are comfortable working independently.
• You have experience in training coordination and ideally also in qualification management or a related administrative function.
• You possess a technical mindset, are open to improving processes, and balance innovation with practical execution.
• You communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, and collaborate effectively across cultures and international teams.
• You are a positive team player with a can‑do attitude, are comfortable working remotely with colleagues online, are proficient in Microsoft Office 365—especially Excel—and are willing to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
