Job summary

Banedanmark is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the deployment of the Traffic Planning System (TPS). The role spans software releases, test and production environments, data migration, and system integration across a complex IT/OT landscape.

You will lead multiple workstreams in a matrix organization, ensuring progress, managing risks, and maintaining momentum while collaborating with developers, operators and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex IT projects or programmes.
• Experience with multiple IT systems, interfaces and stakeholders.
• Understanding of IT systems, software development and deployment processes.
• Strong communication with technical specialists, operators and management.
• Experience with system migration or large software releases is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and follow up on the traffic planning system projects.
• Coordinate development, testing and deployment of releases and customizations.
• Manage dependencies and interfaces with IT/OT systems.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies and actions across projects.
• Ensure clear planning and accountability; provide status reporting.
• Act as day-to-day coordinator toward the product supplier and manage contract-related aspects.
