Job description

We are looking for an analytical profile with in-depth Rewards experience to join our Global Rewards & People Analytics team.

About The Team

Our team brings together expertise across Global Rewards, Mobility, People Analytics, People Technology & Data, and Danish Payroll & Benefits.

In Rewards, we are responsible for the design, governance and continuous development of our global reward programmes and frameworks. You will be a key partner to the Senior Director Global Rewards & People Analytics on Executive Rewards, supporting analyses, market insights, presentations, remuneration governance and the development of future reward solutions.

We are an ambitious and engaged team focused on developing solutions that are relevant, engaging and aligned with business needs, while ensuring successful implementation across the organisation, says Wandunia Pontoppidan, Senior Director, Global Rewards.

The job

You will build a strong network across the organisation and work closely with colleagues across functions and countries from specialists to people partners and senior leaders.

In preparation for our Remuneration Committee meetings, you will partner closely with Senior Director, Global Rewards & People Analytics on executive remuneration and the ongoing evolution of our variable pay programmes. You will analyse current practices, assess market trends and alternative approaches, and develop recommendations that help ensure our reward programmes remain competitive, effective and aligned with our strategic priorities.

In close collaboration with Reward colleagues, people partners and business leaders, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Remuneration Committee activities, including benchmarking, analytics, presentation materials and recommendations related to executive remuneration.
  • Supporting annual Executive Leadership Team reward reviews and reporting activities.
  • Reviewing and designing short and long-term incentive programmes, including implementation planning and change communications.
  • Partnering with leaders and people partners on position evaluations and salary recommendations for new hires and promotions at ‘Director’ level and above.
  • Conducting organisational and remuneration reviews and contributing to projects that strengthen our reward offerings across geographies.
  • Contributing to country benchmarking and annual salary review activities, including salary range development and budgeting during peak periods.

You will work with senior stakeholders and translate complex information into clear decision-making material. You will challenge the status quo and balance thorough analysis with pragmatic solutions. Drawing on data, market insights and external trends, you will help shape reward solutions that support both business priorities and the employee experience.

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who can build credibility and influence through strong relationships, sound judgement and thoughtful communication. You are confident in your expertise, while remaining curious, open to feedback and keen to learn from others. You are ambitious and always strive for great results together with your team and colleagues, and you know how to balance high quality with timely deliveries.

You understand the critical link between reward design, people data and technology. You are comfortable working with people data structures, governance and system implications, ensuring that reward frameworks can be translated into practical, compliant and efficient solutions across platforms.

Given the nature of the role, you handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement, and confidentiality is a natural part of how you work.

Qualifications And Personality
  • Hold a relevant Masters’ degree
  • Have +5 years of experience working in Rewards in a global context.
  • Have experience working with executive remuneration and various long-term incentive instruments.
  • Possess strong stakeholder relations and collaboration skills
  • Have a curious and analytical mindset, and the ability to comprehend complex data sets.
  • Can convert data into findings and recommendations through simple and appealing visuals.
  • Are structured, organised and have a strong eye for detail
  • Are strong in Excel and PowerPoint and can apply AI
  • Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
We offer

This position offers a global perspective, with collaboration across our 42 countries. You will gain exposure to the full Rewards agenda, with a particular focus on Executive Remuneration and short and long-term incentive programmes. The role combines analytical depth with stakeholder engagement, translating complex data into insights and decision materials for senior stakeholders.

Our culture is one of trust, fun and creativity, with a strong focus on quality, compliance and process optimization. We are part of the People & Culture organization and work out of our HQ in Denmark.
