Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies tailored to customer needs during the RFP/Bid Defense cycle. You will bridge the gap between sales, medical, and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution and support sales through the BD process.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in life sciences and hands-on global clinical research experience, preferably in a CRO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global clinical research experience preferred.
• Experience delivering operational strategies in CRO/biopharma settings is required.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Operations to craft tailored delivery strategies for proposals and projects.
• Develop long-term implementation plans by analyzing market trends and data.
• Lead a virtual team in a matrix organization to execute project strategies.
• Support bid defense meetings and client presentations with the project team.
• Ensure budgets align with financial goals and drive Gross New Business.
