University of Copenhagen invites applications for a position as Tenure-track Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Full Professor in Food Processing and Technology. The successful candidate will establish an internationally leading research program and contribute to teaching in Danish within 3 to 6 years.

The department seeks interdisciplinary research spanning dairy, plant and single-cell protein processing, with collaboration to industry and international partners.

Formación

• PhD in Food Science or related field required or anticipated.
• Experience leading research programs and mentoring students.
• Proven record of research at an international level and potential to attract external funding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an internationally leading research program in Food Processing & Technology.
• Teach at BSc/MSc level and contribute to examinations.
• Develop and manage research projects, grant applications and collaborations with industry.
• Support department goals in innovation and societal impact.
