Qualifications

• PhD in food engineering or closely related field.
• Documented leadership in food production engineering and research environments.
• Strong, sustained publication record at a high international level.
• Experience with externally funded research and long-term collaboration with industry.
• Experience translating research into industrial applications and sustainable engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an internationally recognized research program within sustainable food processing technologies.
• Lead supervision and curriculum development within food processing and food engineering; teach at BEng, BSc, MSc and PhD levels.
• Foster extensive collaboration with industry and stakeholders on innovation projects.
