• PhD in food engineering or closely related field
• Documented research and academic impact leadership in food production engineering
• Strong publication record at a high international level
• Extensive experience with externally funded research and long-term collaboration with industry
• Experience translating research into industrial applications and sustainable engineering solutions

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead an internationally recognized research program in sustainable food processing technologies
• Supervise and contribute to curriculum development for BEng, BSc, MSc and PhD levels
• Engage in teaching activities across the DTU Food group and strengthen industry collaboration
• Advance relationships between processing, materials science, and product functionality
