Job summary

Novo in Kalundborg invites a Technical Supporter to resolve technical challenges and ensure Wash & Sterilisation equipment runs reliably. You will work with skilled workers and operators, perform daily technical support, drive changes, validation activities and improvements to support stable production and capacity expansion.

Candidates hold a bachelor’s or master’s in a technical field, can communicate fluently in Danish and English, and have experience with automated processes; GMP experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or scientific field (mechanical, automation, marine engineering or similar).
• Fluent in Danish and English, verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of optimising automated processes and a structured problem‑solving approach, preferably in pharma.
• Preferably GMP experience or experience from a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of SAP, PLC and SCADA is advantageous.
• Willingness to take technical lead, meet deadlines and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for ensuring Wash & Sterilisation equipment operates reliably for production.
• Provide and coordinate daily technical support with skilled workers and operators.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and drive systematic problem‑solving with colleagues.
• Support capacity expansion and contribute to technical improvements.
• Create and drive change requests and validation activities through to completion.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the organisation and manage multiple priorities.
