Job summary

FalCom, part of GN Group, seeks a Sales Engineer to strengthen technical credibility and drive win probability in complex tactical communication and hearing-protection opportunities. You will partner with Business Development Managers to lead the technical discussions from discovery to handover, while collaborating with Product, R&D, Engineering, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical-commercial role such as pre-sales, systems engineering, or solution engineering.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical FalCom solutions and to communicate technical value credibly.
• Comfortable presenting and facilitating technical discussions for diverse audiences.
• Collaborative mindset to work with Product, R&D, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development Managers on strategic opportunities from discovery through proposal, trial, negotiation, and handover.
• Manage technical discovery with customers, end users, partners, and technical stakeholders, translating operational requirements into FalCom solution configurations.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, field trials, and evaluations.
• Turn product capabilities into customer-relevant operational value, differentiators, and technical proof points.
• Support technical content for tenders, proposals, compliance responses, and customer presentations.
• Identify and manage technical, integration, product-readiness, and delivery risks early in the deal cycle, coordinating tactical solutions for the field.
• Coordinate technical contributions across Product, R&D, Operations, and partners, capturing customer feedback and developing reusable technical sales assets.
