Job summary

Robotto is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Aalborg to drive multi-disciplinary projects from requirements through execution. You will bridge engineering, customers, and commercial teams, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.

You will work with the Principal Engineer to align technical planning, priorities and resource needs while owning project execution and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and delivering complex technical or engineering projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects involving software, electronics, robotics or autonomous systems.
• Strong planning, milestones, dependencies and risk-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of planning, coordinating and driving technical and customer projects from initiation through delivery.
• Build and maintain clear project plans with milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resources around project priorities and deliverables.
• Act as a key contact for customers throughout project delivery.
• Translate customer requirements into structured project plans and actionable delivery steps.
• Track milestones, acceptance criteria and relevant gates; manage risks and bottlenecks.
