Job summary

Robotto seeks a Technical Program Manager in Aalborg to drive the delivery of complex technical and customer projects. You will bridge engineering, customers and leadership, translating requirements into actionable plans and leading cross-functional teams with clear ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and delivering complex technical or engineering projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects involving software, electronics, robotics, autonomous systems or AI.
• Strong project-management skills: planning, milestones, dependencies, resources, risk management and delivery follow-up.
• Experience working directly with customers and managing relationships and expectations during delivery.
• Strong stakeholder-management across engineering, commercial, leadership and external stakeholders.
• Experience translating customer requirements into structured project plans and deliverables.
• Solid technical understanding to discuss dependencies and trade-offs with engineers.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
• Experience with project-planning, delivery or project-management tools.
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments is highly relevant.
• Hands-on technical experience is beneficial.
• Experience supporting hiring and team growth is advantageous.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Degree in CS, software engineering, electronics, robotics or similar technical discipline is preferred; equivalent practical experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of planning, coordinating and driving technical and customer projects from initiation through delivery.
• Build and maintain clear project plans with milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, resources, risks and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resources around project priorities and deliverables.
• Create clear ownership and accountability across projects and ensure actions are followed through.
• Act as a key contact for customers, maintaining open and proactive communication throughout delivery.
• Translate customer and commercial commitments into actionable delivery plans and requirements.
• Track milestones, acceptance criteria and relevant commercial or payment gates.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and drive corrective actions.
• Bring together engineering, commercial teams, customers and leadership to resolve blockers.
