Job summary

Everllence PrimeServ Academy in Denmark seeks a Technical Instructor to develop the skills of seafarers and power plant operators worldwide. The role is based at our Copenhagen and Holeby Academies, focusing on the operation and maintenance of our engines.

You will train customers and Everllence employees, delivering high-quality learning experiences in an international setting, and supporting participants’ needs. Relocation support and flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Have a solid understanding of 4-stroke marine and genset engines.
• Thrive on presenting and have advanced technical communication experience.
• Have a practical, technical background working with large 4-stroke engines (marine engineer, dual officer, superintendent or mechanical engineer).
• Have professional-level English skills, both spoken and written.
• Hold a valid driving licence.
• Reside in Denmark or are willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality learning experiences and support participants in meeting training needs.
• Work with customers and colleagues worldwide in an international environment.
• Prepare, administer, and conduct online and in-person training at the Academies.
• Carry out training sessions at the Copenhagen and Holeby locations; mobility between sites and relocation as needed.
