Everllence is seeking a Technical Instructor to join the Academy team in Denmark, delivering high-quality learning experiences for engineers and operators around the world. You will conduct training on 4-stroke engines and gensets, support participants, and coordinate with a global customer base.
Role involves on-site work at Holeby (and Teglholmen, Copenhagen) with potential relocation to Trekroner, Roskilde in 2027, and a mobility package to assist with CPR, tax, and work permits.
Working alongside skilled colleagues in Denmark and internationally, you will be in direct contact with customers and colleagues around the world who require training on our products. You will help deliver high-quality learning experiences and support participants in meeting their training needs.
Course participants include both Everllence employees and employees of our customers from across the globe, ranging from engineer officers to technical personnel from shipping companies and power plants. The training focuses on the operation and maintenance of our engines.
As an Instructor at the Academy, you will join a team of highly skilled professionals, including specialized technical instructors, developers, and administrative colleagues, working in an international environment.
Your daily work will primarily be based in the Academy's buildings in Holeby and at Teglholmen in Copenhagen and will have a desk at both sites if needed. You will be able to carry out preparation, administrative tasks, and online training in Copenhagen if your commute distance to Copenhagen is shortest. However, the physical training sessions will be held in Holeby until the end of 2027. You should therefore be able to work from the Holeby as well.
In late 2027, Everllence will move to Trekroner in Roskilde. Here, we will consolidate all our current locations in East Denmark, including Holeby, into one large site.
Join us on our journey toward a carbon-neutral future. At Everllence, you will help shape innovative energy solutions while growing your skills and advancing your career.
We prioritize work-life balance and flexible working hours.
We value creativity, diversity, well‑being, and have a wide range of social clubs -from yoga and fishing to creative activities.
In 2027, we will unite our Copenhagen and Holeby locations at a new and modern site in Trekroner, Roskilde.
Questions? You are welcome to contact Philip Elberling, Head of Academy, at +45 33 85 28 96.
Relocating to Denmark? We support you with a mobility package, including help with CPR registration, tax, and work permits.
We aim for a fair and inclusive recruitment process. Regardless of gender, age, religion, disability, or ethnic background, we encourage you to apply. We embrace a global mindset and intercultural environment to ensure a collaborative and inclusive workplace. If you need support, such as assistive tools for dyslexia, we can assist you.
