Job summary

Everllence is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to contribute to the combustion chamber design for two-stroke marine engines. You will design and optimize engine components such as cylinder liner, piston, cylinder cover and exhaust valve, collaborating with engineers across projects.

Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to Denmark. We value hands-on construction experience, proficiency with 3D CAD (Siemens NX), and solid English; Danish learning support is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong ability to translate theory into practical design.
• Experience with diesel engines and/or practical construction is an advantage.
• Solid English skills; Danish knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Construct and optimize existing engine components.
• Generate ideas as well as develop designs in cooperation with colleagues.
• Support engine builders with production challenges.
• Occasionally travel to engine builders or ships for follow-up on new designs.
• Be trained in technical areas necessary for handling tasks in the department.
