Job summary

3Shape is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation initiatives from Copenhagen. The role collaborates with Group IT and the business to turn ambitious ideas into successful outcomes, driving value and resilience across the organization.

You will work in a dynamic, international IT PMO & Transformation team, shaping technology delivery and ensuring clear scope, priorities, and milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex IT projects in medium-to-large organizations.
• Experience with digital transformation and enterprise applications, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or related IT initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects.
• Create clarity around scope, objectives, priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive collaboration across business and technology teams (Product Owners, Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Security, Infrastructure, Applications, Stakeholders).
• Facilitate decision-making, remove obstacles, and keep projects moving forward.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and sustainable outcomes.
• Contribute to strengthening how technology enables business growth, innovation, and operational excellence across 3Shape.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects in medium to large organizations.
• Experience with digital transformation, enterprise applications, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or other IT initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, dependencies, and changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• A genuine passion for technology, curiosity, and continuous learning.
• Resilience, ownership, and a growth mindset.
