Qualifications

• Erfaring inden for logistik, lagerdrift eller forsyningskæde.
• Gode IT-færdigheder og hurtig indlæring af nye forretningssystemer.
• Kendskab til SAP og/eller Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) er en fordel.
• Microsoft Office særligt Excel og arbejdet med driftsdata.

Responsibilities

• Sikre daglig operationel support på tværs af logistiksystemer og processer.
• Koordinere med lagre og interessenter på tværs af Salling Group.
• Overvåge og opretholde datakvalitet i logistiksystemer.
• Understøtte operationelle processer som vareudlevering, GR/IR, fakturerings workflows og affaldshåndtering af produkter.
• Løse operationelle udfordringer og afvigelser i systemerne.
• Analysere driftsdata og identificere tendenser og bagvedliggende årsager.
• Deltage i systemvalideringer, test og nye implementeringer.
• Drive løbende procesforbedringer og operationel optimering.
• Koordinere opgaver og sikre overholdelse af tidsfrister.

If so, you could be the Operations Coordinator we are looking for in our Logistics Support team.
Logistics Support is part of the Logistics Development & Support department, responsible for supporting and optimizing the flow of goods from our central warehouses to Salling Group stores. Our team supports a broad range of operational processes and logistics systems, ensuring stable operations, high data quality, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will work closely with warehouses and colleagues across the business to support daily operations, system implementations, and process optimization. You will become part of a collaborative team where problem-solving, ownership, and continuous improvement are key to our success.
Your Tasks:

• Ensure daily operational support across logistics systems and processes
• Coordinate with warehouses and stakeholders across Salling Group
• Monitor and maintain data quality across logistics systems
• Support operational processes such as goods issue, GR/IR, invoice workflows, and product waste handling
• Resolve operational issues and system-related deviations
• Analyze operational data and identify trends and root causes
• Support system validations, testing, and new implementations
• Drive continuous process improvements and operational optimization
• Coordinate tasks and ensure deadlines are met

Your Background and Skills:

• Experience within logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain
• Solid IT skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new business systems
• Experience with SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage
• Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and the ability to work confidently with operational data
• Structured, detail-oriented, and quality focused
• Strong coordination and planning skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• High focus on data quality and accuracy
• Proactive and takes ownership of tasks and improvements
• Calm and solution-oriented when handling operational challenges
• Strong communicator and team player with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Danish is an advantage
