Job summary

Airtame is looking for a player-coach senior technical leader who can own the architecture across Airtame 3, Airtame Go, Virtual Airtame, and companion apps. You will balance 60% hands-on work with 40% people leadership, guiding a small team of engineers and collaborating across platforms to deliver a seamless, room-scale sharing experience.

You will work from Copenhagen or remotely within the EU, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven development and a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Senior-level or staff engineering experience with ownership of technical direction
• Experience integrating real-time media across multiple platforms (web, desktop, mobile)
• Proven ability to mentor and grow engineers and lead teams

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and architecture for Airtame platform
• Lead 1:1s, hire, and grow the engineering team
• Drive AI-assisted development and sharpen workflows for the team
• Coordinate across desktop, browser, and mobile surfaces to unify user experience
