Job summary

Airtame in Copenhagen is seeking a player-coach senior engineer to lead a small cross‑stack team responsible for the Airtame platform’s core experiences. You’ll own architectural direction, run 1:1s, and help engineers grow while delivering real‑time media across browser, desktop and mobile.

You’ll tackle the hardest problems hands-on about 60% of the time, and spend the rest mentoring, aligning with product goals, and building a cohesive, high‑performing team across Europe.

Qualifications

• You've owned a team's technical direction: architecture calls and reviews.
• Comfortable across the stack with real-time media and WebRTC.
• Experienced integrating with Teams, Zoom, Meet, Webex and OS media APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team, run 1:1s, set the technical bar, and support team growth.
• Own cross-platform experience across Airtame 3, Virtual Airtame, browser, desktop, and mobile.
• Make joining calls and screen sharing reliable across platforms with minimal friction.
• Ensure a unified, high-quality product feel across surfaces and networks.
