Job summary

Cubris in Denmark is seeking a Tech Lead who combines hands-on software engineering with architectural judgement. You will spend about 50% of your time as a Lead Developer and 50% as a Software Architect, building production software, solving difficult engineering problems and coaching others while representing your team in the Architecture Group.

You remain technically credible by doing the work and by defining service boundaries, APIs, events and data contracts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or engineering teams.
• Strong C#/.NET and distributed systems design.

Responsibilities

• Write and ship production code and own complex stories.
• Lead architectural decisions and ADRs within the team.
• Coach developers and improve CI/CD and testing practices.
• Define service boundaries and data contracts.
