Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
• Proven experience in leading a team of developers.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
