Novicell, based in Denmark, invites a senior consultant to drive digital strategies with clients, turning ambitions into measurable outcomes. You’ll lead strategic dialogues with executives, shape roadmaps, and win new business through compelling proposals and business cases.

You bring 3+ years in consulting or digital advisory, strong analytical and communication skills, Danish and English fluency, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in consulting, digital business development, or e-commerce strategy.
• Strong business understanding and ability to structure and analyze complex challenges.
• Demonstrated experience leading pitches, workshops, and strategic dialogues with C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high standards for quality.
• Ability to build strong relationships and inspire trust with clients and colleagues alike.
• Curiosity and a continuous drive to learn and develop.
• Fluency in Danish and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Designing digital strategies and roadmaps that turn client ambitions into measurable business results.
• Structuring and facilitating strategic processes for large-scale digital projects from discovery to governance and delivery models.
• Driving pitch processes and winning new business through compelling proposals, business cases, and C-level presentations.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to digital leaders, guiding executives and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Translating business needs and strategic goals into digital solutions that deliver growth.
• Contributing to building and strengthening Novicell’s internal expertise across our offices.
