Novicell, based in Denmark, invites a senior consultant to drive digital strategies with clients, turning ambitions into measurable outcomes. You’ll lead strategic dialogues with executives, shape roadmaps, and win new business through compelling proposals and business cases.

You bring 3+ years in consulting or digital advisory, strong analytical and communication skills, Danish and English fluency, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in consulting, digital business development, or e-commerce strategy.
• Strong business understanding and ability to structure and analyze complex challenges.
• Demonstrated experience leading pitches, workshops, and strategic dialogues with C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high standards for quality.
• Ability to build strong relationships and inspire trust with clients and colleagues alike.
• Curiosity and a continuous drive to learn and develop.
• Fluency in Danish and English, spoken and written.

Your profile

You are commercially minded, strategically sharp, and digitally fluent. With a natural drive and a can‑do mindset, you thrive on solving complex challenges, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. Ideally, you bring experience from management consulting, internal consulting or digital advisory, with a proven track record of advising senior stakeholders.
