Job summary

Novicell in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Manager for our Tech Enablement team to guide clients on platform selection and architectural strategy. You will translate business goals into technical roadmaps and lead the team to deliver high-impact recommendations.

You will collaborate with enterprise architects, tech leads, and management consultants to future-proof client setups and drive pre-sales and business development, with opportunities to grow the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as external consultant in an agency or digital consultancy.
• Broad knowledge of MACH, composable, and suite-based architectures.
• Experience advising on commerce, CMS, search, personalization, martech, PIM, or marketing automation.
• Experience with technical pre-sales and business development.
• Fluency in Danish and English, spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

As Senior Manager of our Tech Enablement team, you will play a key role in advising our clients on platform selection, architectural considerations, and how to ensure their technology setup can truly deliver on their strategic ambitions. Depending on your profile and capabilities, you may also take responsibility for leading and developing the team. You will work closely with our skilled tech leads, enterprise architects, and management consultants to help clients future‑prove their setup.

Your role will include:

• Advising clients on platform selection and architectural strategy across areas such as commerce, CMS, search, personalization, martech, PIM, and marketing automation
• Guiding clients through architectural approaches — including MACH, composable, mixed, and suite‑based architecture — to find the right fit for their business
• Building strong business cases that help clients decide in the right technical direction, weighing cost, risk, and long‑term value against their strategic ambitions
• Defining roadmaps and transition plans that guide clients from their current setup to the right technical foundation, architecture, and platforms
• Translating corporate strategy into technology roadmaps that support long‑term scalability and flexibility
• Driving technical pre‑sales and playing an active role in winning new clients for Novicell
• Collaborating closely with tech leads, enterprise architects, and management consultants to deliver high‑impact recommendations
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on how to future‑prove their digital setup
• For the right candidate, leading, developing, and growing our Tech Enablement team, ensuring the right expertise and capacity to meet client needs

Your profile

You are strategically minded, technically fluent, and commercially aware. You enjoy translating complex technical considerations into clear, business‑relevant recommendations, and you're comfortable operating at the intersection of technology and strategy.

We expect you to bring:

• 5+ years of experience as an external consultant, from an agency, digital consultancy, or similar environment
• Broad knowledge of technology architecture, including MACH, composable, and suite‑based approaches
• Experience advising on one or more technology areas such as commerce, CMS, search, personalization, martech, PIM, or marketing automation
• Experience with or a strong interest in technical pre‑sales and business development
• Fluency in Danish and English, spoken and written
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure complex challenges
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with technical and business stakeholders alike
