We are seeking a motivated and skilled Contract Teamlead to join our company in Esbjerg Denmark As the Teamlead you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations Your role will involve setting goals delegating tasks providing guidance and support and monitoring team performance

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employees by setting clear goals and expectations
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members according to their strengths and skills

• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Ensure efficient operation of the team by identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks

Requirements
