PeakFleet in Odense is seeking a dynamic Contract Teamlead to lead a diverse team and ensure the delivery of projects within budget and on time. In this role you will guide planning, allocate resources, and monitor progress across multiple initiatives.

You will collaborate with clients to understand needs, manage risks, and drive on-schedule completion, leveraging strong PM skills and leadership. The position offers visa sponsorship, relocation flight, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science or Engineering).
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or team leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
