Job summary

Retailors is seeking a Lead to drive operational excellence and commercial success in-store, embodying Nike values and ethics. You will guide teams, model best practices, and coach staff to deliver an exceptional consumer experience while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

The role requires proven leadership, brand embodiment, and strong communication in English, with a flexible schedule to cover weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar leadership position, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Previous experience in coaching, training, and developing team members to achieve success.
• In-depth knowledge of the brand and the ability to embody and represent its attributes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule employee shifts, assign duties, and provide clear direction during shifts.
• Train and coach new employees, fostering their growth and success.
• Address customer and employee complaints promptly and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Support and manage store opening and closing processes in alignment with company procedures.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed and enforced.
• Inspect store equipment and communicate repair or replacement needs to management.
• Promote a positive work environment where employees feel supported and motivated.
• Build strong relationships with team members, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
