Responsibilities

• Lead daily coordination, technical quality and performance of six Danish and one Turkish engineers.
• Drive standardization and automation of engineering processes and drawings.
• Oversee electrical design, panel engineering and BOM development.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in hardware solutions.
• Plan resources, monitor progress, and manage delivery risks.
• Foster development through feedback and coaching.
