Duration: this is a full time, temporary role with possibility of extension. Hybrid (minimum 3 office days/week) with Office onsite first policy.

About the Role:

In the role of Talent Provider, you will be responsible for finding, assessing, and matching the best candidates to our clients’ requests covering both the public & private sector. You will guide Partners and Professionals through the entire process, ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage while maintaining strong relationships with both Clients and Professionals. With your business-oriented mindset, you are also confident in conducting negotiations.

Demonstrating transparency and an open mind, you act as a true team player, sharing best practices and ideas with your team and across functions. You are eager to continuously grow, take initiative when needed, and contribute to the common goal.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying, evaluating, and matching candidates to client needs, and proactively presenting them to stakeholders when feasible
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
• Expand Ework’s network of partners and professionals based on market demands
• Signing agreements with Partners and Suppliers and securing profitable, high-quality deals in alignment with operational level agreements.
• Stay updated on market trends, relevant skills, and emerging technologies
• Communicate Ework’s service offerings and their value proposition effectively
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of data in applicable systems.

Who You Are

You are a team player with a talent for building strong relationships, internally but also externally with partners, consultants and clients. You have a passion for sales and finding the right match to the client’s needs. You bring curiosity, positivity, and adaptability to everything you do.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Relevant experience within sourcing / search / head hunting etc.
• Experience in working with ATS systems
• Experience within system development, engineering, Business Management or similar types of IT recruitment/sourcing is nice to have
• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Education in Human Resources, System development, Business Management or similar is nice to have.

Start date: as soon as possible

Duration: 8-10 months (with possibility of extension)
