Job summary

Danfoss in Denmark seeks a proactive Student Worker to join our Corporate Functions, Talent Acquisition team in Copenhagen or Nordborg. You will manage student and intern recruitment and help optimize processes with data-driven insights from day one.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, use Excel for reporting, and support TA with ad-hoc tasks. Ideal candidates are enrolled in higher education, curious about recruitment, and eager to grow within a global TA team.

We are looking for a Student Worker to join our Corporate Functions, Talent Acquisition team at our headquarters in Nordborg or our office in Copenhagen. What You’ll Be Doing

If you join us, you will be responsible for all student and intern recruitment, ensuring a great experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You will also play a key role in optimizing our talent acquisition processes, working with data, and helping to make our recruitment setup even more efficient.

Furthermore, you will:

• Work with data and reporting in Excel to analyze hiring trends and recruitment metrics.
• Assist with various ad-hoc HR and recruitment-related tasks that support the Talent Acquisition team.
