Job summary

Pandektes is building a cutting-edge team and seeks a recruiter to find and attract outstanding talent and have a real impact on how we build our team from an early stage.

You will own full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and help shape our hiring playbook as we grow across Europe. The role is based in Copenhagen with flexible and international growth opportunities.

• Own full cycle recruitment—from defining great looks with hiring managers to sourcing, interviewing, and closing exceptional candidates.
• Help build and improve the hiring playbook for attracting and assessing high performers.
• Proactively source talent through outbound channels, referrals, and networks.
• Create a memorable candidate experience reflecting Pandektes' ambition and culture.
• As we grow, take ownership of additional People & Talent areas.

About Pandektes

Legal research hasn’t changed much in decades. Lawyers still spend countless hours navigating fragmented sources, outdated systems, and complex databases just to find the information they need.

Our ambition is to build the leading global platform for legal research and the largest AI-powered legal database. By combining artificial intelligence, intelligent search, and continuously updated legal sources, we’re redefining how legal knowledge is accessed, understood, analyzed, and applied.

What you’ll do

• Own full cycle recruitment - from partnering with hiring managers and defining what great looks like, to sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing feedback, making offers, and closing exceptional candidates
• Help build and continuously improve our hiring playbook, including how we attract, assess, and hire high-performing people
• Proactively find exceptional talent through outbound sourcing, referrals, communities, networks, and creative channels
• Create a candidate experience that people remember and that reflects the ambition, energy, and culture of Pandektes
• As we grow, take ownership of additional areas within People & Talent

What you’ll bring

• Highly organised and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities without losing attention to detail
