What you’ll do
As an early member of our People & Talent team, you’ll play a central role in how we scale. You’ll combine hands‑on recruiting with the opportunity to build and improve the way we approach talent.

• Own full cycle recruitment - from partnering with hiring managers and defining what great looks like, to sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing feedback, making offers, and closing exceptional candidates
• Help build and continuously improve our hiring playbook, including how we attract, assess, and hire high‑performing people
• Proactively find exceptional talent through outbound sourcing, referrals, communities, networks, and creative channels
• Create a candidate experience that people remember and that reflects the ambition, energy, and culture of Pandektes
• As we grow, take ownership of additional areas within People & Talent
