Job summary

UNICEF in Copenhagen seeks a People and Culture Officer (Talent Development) to coordinate talent development and learning strategies across the Supply Division. You will help staff grow the skills and competencies needed to lead and operate globally, with a focus on performance reviews, staff mobility, and partnerships.

The role requires experience in international HR, learning & development, and competency frameworks, plus fluency in English and collaboration with stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in human resources management, business administration, international relations, psychology or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in human resources, learning & development, or talent management in international or complex operational contexts.
• Experience at international level in planning, monitoring and project management for learning and/or talent management is required.
• Experience liaising with external learning and/or talent management vendors to establish contracts and coordinate deliverables.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other UN languages is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement talent development and learning initiatives for the Supply community.
• Develop and maintain the Supply skills taxonomy and architecture.
• Provide integration, analytics and knowledge products to support managers.
