UNICEF in Denmark is seeking a People and Culture Officer (Talent Development) to coordinate talent and learning strategies across the Supply Division. You will support performance management, talent reviews, staff mobility, and partnerships to address current and future talent gaps.

A Bachelor's degree and at least two years in HR/L&D in international contexts are required. English proficiency is essential; experience with analytics and stakeholder engagement is valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (First Level University Degree) in HR management, business admin, international relations, psychology or related field.
• Minimum of two years' experience in HR, learning & development, or talent management in international or complex contexts.
• Experience with performance management, talent reviews, staff mobility and talent partnerships is preferred.
• English language proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Contributes to and coordinates talent and learning strategies for UNICEF's Supply Community.
• Supports performance management processes, talent reviews and staff mobility initiatives.
• Assists with talent partnerships and analytics to address current and future gaps.
• Liaises with external vendors for learning and talent programs and informs leaders with findings.
