Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Talent & Organisational Development Specialist in Humleb, Denmark to design and sustain leadership development portfolios and tie talent practices to daily leadership. You will join the Organisational Development team within People & Culture, reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, and help embed talent practice across the globe.

You will drive leadership development with a global perspective, ensuring learnings are anchored in leaders' daily work and that

Qualifications

Delivered on talent management and/or talent development in larger organisations.
Managed leadership development programs, portfolios, or initiatives.
Proven ability to design global frameworks that work in local contexts.
Can influence without formal authority and work effectively with ambiguity.
Are fluent in English, written and spoken.
Experience from large, matrixed, international organisations or consulting.

Responsibilities

Make talent development part of how we lead: embed talent development into leadership models and programs; connect performance, talent, development, and engagement in a simple flow.
Turn talent identification into development and movement: ensure outcomes from talent reviews lead to clear actions and career progression.
Enable leaders and P&C partners to act: create, embed, and anchor practical tools and guidance for strong talent conversations.
Own global leadership development programs: take ownership of leadership pipeline development programs and ensure they are optimized and expanded over time.
