Job summary

Wonderful in Copenhagen region is seeking its first Talent Acquisition lead to own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and to build scalable recruiting processes from the ground up.

You will partner with hiring leaders to move quickly, craft creative sourcing strategies for top tech talent, and drive a fast, high-quality hiring process while raising the bar for candidate experience, using data and market insights to scale recruiting operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership, urgency, and agency, with a bias toward action.
• Proven success hiring across multiple functions, with primary focus on tech roles.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excitement about helping establish and scale the company's presence in a new market.
• Fluent in local language.
