Job summary

DANFOSS A/S is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment of Intern and Hourly roles across functions. You’ll help attract talent, coordinate interviews, and contribute to building strong pipelines that enable business growth.

You’ll collaborate with TA Teams and local HR, take ownership of recruitment processes, and gain hands-on experience in a global manufacturing environment while studying for a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and university partners.
• Digital-savvy with recruiting tools, social media and TA technologies.
• Proactive, curious and hands-on with ownership mindset.
• Well-organized team player with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for Intern and Hourly positions across multiple functions and locations.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and campus partnerships.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Support recruitment reporting, employer branding activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
