Job summary

DANFOSS A/S is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment of Intern and Hourly roles across functions. You’ll help attract talent, coordinate interviews, and contribute to building strong pipelines that enable business growth.

You’ll collaborate with TA Teams and local HR, take ownership of recruitment processes, and gain hands-on experience in a global manufacturing environment while studying for a Master’s degree.

The Impact You’ll Make

As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll play a key role in conducting recruitment processes for hourly and student positions. You will help attract and hire the next generation of talent by supporting recruitment for Intern and Hourly positions. You will contribute to building strong talent pipelines that enable business growth and operational success.

You’ll collaborate with the TA Teams, local HR and business leaders, and take ownership of recruitment processes, supporting the business to find the great talents.
