Job summary

Vestas, a global leader in wind energy, seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead manufacturing test solution projects across global factory sites, R&D and Construction. You will steer complex engineering initiatives in safety‑critical environments and translate technical challenges into practical solutions. Location: Aarhus, Denmark.

Qualifications

Proven track record of managing complex technical or engineering projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or renewable energy industries.
Familiarity with safety-critical/regulatory environments.
Industrial leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Scope and resource projects, securing allocations from the line organization.
Lead multiple technical projects supporting manufacturing test solutions and production readiness.
Drive deployment of test solutions across manufacturing sites.
Collaborate with Manufacturing PE, R&D, Quality, and factory stakeholders globally.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and to safety and quality standards.
Support industrialization, tech transfers and new product introductions.
Manage project risks, dependencies, resource needs, and stakeholder expectations and contribute to continuous improvement.
