Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks a Sustainability Data Project Manager to translate environmental and social challenges into data solutions. You will ensure data from source systems feeds our Sustainability Data foundation and SOFI reporting, partnering with stakeholders to drive data‑driven decisions.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience at the intersection of business and data within a large organization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record (+5 years) of working at the intersection of business and data.
• Experience with data analytics through BI or self‑service analytics such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
• Strong ability to build partnerships and influence across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and maintain accurate data from source systems to final data metrics.
• Migrate data streams into Sustainability Data foundation or SOFI reporting system.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, improve data quality, and drive data‑driven decision making.
