Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, data science, management or business administration.
• +5 years of experience at the intersection of business and data, designing data products in a corporate or consultancy setting.
• Experience with data analytics through BI or self-service analytics such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
• Experience with sustainability or modelling within pharma or large global organisations is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and maintain accurate data from source systems to final data metrics.
• Migrate data streams into Sustainability Data foundation or SOFI reporting system.
• Lead prioritisation and delivery of high-value analytics use cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and improve data quality.
• Develop insights and BI solutions across the organisation.
