Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Lead Sustainability Data Scientist to shape the future of sustainability data analytics, AI and forecasting. You will lead development of forecasting models, scenarios and predictive analytics to support strategic decisions across the Sustainability Data Solutions and AI Team.

The role involves delivering end-to-end analytics, integrating data from multiple sources, and applying advanced analytics and AI to sustainability challenges.

Qualifications

Proven track record (+5 years) of preparing, analysing and designing data for analytical purposes in sustainability or data science.
Degree in Management, Engineering, Data science or Sustainability with strong data acumen.
Experience with BI solutions (Power BI, Tableau) and AI concepts.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical forecasting solution for sustainability, combining commercial data with capacity plans, supply chain and procurement data.
Collect data from various source systems and identify optimisations (digitalisation, AI).
Deliver end-to-end analytics from requirements to data source availability to final product.
Set direction for advanced analytics including machine learning and AI models in sustainability.
