Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Sustainability AI Product Manager to lead the design, development and deployment of AI solutions in sustainability. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and external partners to drive value, scale, and impact across the value chain.

In this role, you will transform how data is governed and utilized, act as an AI lighthouse for the department, and lead a cross-functional team to drive innovation and new ways of working across Novo Nordisk.

Qualifications

• Proven track record +5 years delivering AI use cases in a large corporate setting.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, IT, economics or similar.
• External network with peers, companies and relevant partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the AI strategy and roadmap across sustainability, including design, development, and deployment of AI solutions.
• Drive AI use across the data landscape, set and track KPIs for improvements.
• Act as an AI lighthouse for the department, driving new ways of working to advance AI deployment.
• Lead cross-functional working groups to foster innovation and technical sparring.
• Deliver insights and support to leadership by staying at the forefront of tech developments.
