Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S seeks a Sustainability Data Project Manager to translate environmental and social challenges into data-driven insights within the Sustainability Data Solutions and AI team. You will connect strategy with data products and lead cross-functional analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing data quality, automating data flows into the Sustainability Data foundation and SOFI, and delivering high-value use cases with stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at the intersection of business and data within a corporate setting or consultancy.
• Experience with BI or self-service analytics tools like Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prioritisation and delivery of high-value analytics use cases translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Identify opportunities, define requirements, and improve data quality for sustainability metrics.
• Integrate and automate source data into the sustainability data foundation and corporate reporting systems.
• Develop data transparency and insights related to other business and operational metrics.
• Support digitalisation of sustainability data following FAIR principles.
