Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a skilled Support Engineer for Solid Bulk Production to strengthen technical support across GMP production environments. You will bridge production, technicians, and external vendors, owning technical direction and enabling data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities include implementing changes under change control, collaborating with project managers, and advancing IT/OT initiatives to maximize process knowledge and reliability.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or similar.
• GMP production experience, minimum 5 years.
• Structured, data-driven approach with Lean/Operational Excellence.
• Experience with IT/OT in a production environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for technical challenges in a GMP/LEAN environment.
• Drive systematic problem solving and act as the technical bridge between production, technicians, management and external vendors.
• Lead change control driven modifications to production equipment with proper documentation and implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers and ensure robust hand‑over processes for equipment projects.
• Identify improvements in IT/OT activities and leverage machine data for process knowledge enhancement.
• Ensure data integrity, data security and IT compliance for department systems and equipment.
