Job summary

Lundbeck in Copenhagen is seeking a Production Manager for Solid Bulk Production (SBP) to lead a granulation team of 14 operators and 2 technicians. You will report to the Senior Director, Solid Bulk Production, and oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, safety and strong performance.

This senior leadership role offers high visibility and an opportunity to drive continuous improvement, enhance productivity, and ensure GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background in Life Science or Engineering.
• Strong process understanding within pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably solid dosage forms.
• Several years of proven people management experience.
• Visible leadership with accountability and team collaboration.
• Experience with continuous improvement and structured problem solving in GMP environments.
• Experience with SAP and/or PAS-X will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate day-to-day operations in the granulation team to deliver strong performance and engagement.
• Drive continuous improvements to optimize productivity and cost.
• Maintain a high level of compliance within quality and health & safety.
• Staffing high performing team, including recruitment and development activities.
• Contribute actively to the strategy and development activities for Solid Bulk Production.
• Secure strong collaboration within the team as well as with other stakeholders.
