Job summary

Qualifications

Academic degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or similar.
GMP production experience of 5+ years.
Structured, data-driven approach; apply Operational Excellence and LEAN.
Motivation to work with IT/OT in production.
Strong communication skills; fluent Danish and English.

Responsibilities

Provide technical troubleshooting support to production teams.
Drive systematic problem solving and data-driven improvements.
Serve as technical bridge between production, technicians, and management.
Own direction and address changes to production equipment under change control.
Collaborate with project managers and ensure robust hand-over for equipment projects.
Identify improvements with colleagues; advance IT/OT initiatives and data usage.
Secure data integrity, data security, and IT compliance for systems and equipment.
