Qualifications

• A relevant academic background in Life Science or Engineering.
• Strong process understanding within pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably within solid dosage forms.
• Several years of proven people management experience.
• Fluent in both Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate day-to-day operations in the granulation team to deliver strong performance and engagement.
• Drive continuous improvements to optimize productivity and cost.
• Maintain a high level of compliance within quality and health & safety.
• Staffing high performing team, including recruitment and development activities.
• Contribute actively to the strategy – and development activities for Solid Bulk Production.
• Secure strong collaboration within the team as well as with other stakeholders.
