Job summary

H. Lundbeck A/S in Denmark is seeking a Production Manager for Solid Bulk Production to lead a granulation team of 14 operators and 2 technicians.

You will report to the Senior Director, Solid Bulk Production, and drive continuous improvements, ensure quality and compliance, and partner across Pharma Production, Quality, Development and Supply Chain to deliver stable operations and strong performance.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Life Science or Engineering.
• Strong process understanding in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Several years of proven people management experience.
• Visible leadership style with trust, accountability and collaboration.
• Experience with continuous improvement and structured problem solving.
• GMP environment experience and technical mindset.
• SAP and PAS-X familiarity is a plus.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate day-to-day operations in the granulation team.
• Drive continuous improvements to optimize productivity and cost.
• Maintain high compliance with quality and health & safety.
• Staff and develop a high performing team including recruitment.
• Contribute to strategy and development for Solid Bulk Production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and functions.
