Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in our Global Fulfilment team to turn data into decisions, improve processes, and enable sustainable performance across our manufacturing plants and distribution centres.

You will collaborate across functions and countries, working with SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel to translate insights into practical decisions and support segmentation and governance initiatives that strengthen our global supply chain.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field with professional experience.
• Experience with data analytics and translating insights into business improvements.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, countries, and levels.
• Proactive mindset to challenge current ways of working and identify improvements.
• Experience with SAP, Anaplan, Power BI or similar tools and strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive supply chain improvement initiatives to enhance inventory, delivery reliability, and efficiency across factories and distribution sites.
• Analyze data using SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally to identify constraints and implement sustainable improvements.
• Support segmentation practices and integrate them into fulfilment processes.
• Facilitate performance reviews, governance, and continuous improvement activities across the network.

As a Supply Chain Specialist in our Global Fulfilment team, you will play an important role in turning data into decisions, improving processes, and enabling better performance across our global network. This is a role for someone who enjoys both driving improvements and ensuring the operational discipline needed to make those improvements sustainable. You will work across functions, countries, and cultures, collaborating with stakeholders from Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, IT, and Shared Services. Success means helping teams make better data-driven decisions, embedding consistent ways of working, and creating solutions that become part of how Danfoss operates globally. You'll join a diverse, energetic, and experienced team that challenges the status quo, values curiosity, and believes there is always a better way of doing things.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive supply chain improvement initiatives that enhance inventory performance, delivery reliability, and operational efficiency across factories and distribution sites.
• Analyze business and supply chain data using tools such as SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally to identify constraints, challenge existing processes, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Support the expansion and continuous development of segmentation practices while helping establish them as an integrated part of our fulfilment processes.
• Facilitate performance reviews, process governance, and continuous improvement activities that strengthen our global supply chain capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, combined with relevant professional experience.
• Experience working with data analytics and translating insights into practical business improvements.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions, countries, and organizational levels.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with SAP, Anaplan, advanced Excel, or similar planning and analytics tools, combined with excellent English communication skills.
